ThankYouThankYouThankYouThankYou Marco and Kerri for the privilege to photograph your wedding! Of course I love traveling and being able to use Denver-city as a backdrop for your images, but even more so just getting to know you a bit better, seeing you operate in your *big* families, seeing how much you love your friends and experiencing the laughter and energy the 2 of you share!!!
I met Kerri back in 2008 when I’ve photographed her brother, Jordan and my friend from SA, Elmarie’s wedding. Secretly I was hoping to one day photograph another Bendinelli’s wedding – I’ve grown to love them so much! And what a treat it was to meet Marco. I’m sure Marco would be able to entertain comedians! Marco taking off Kerri’s garter, was the funniest I’ve ever seen! (See photos below.)
Kerri, together with her friends and family, did most of the decor themselves and I LoVeD their ideas! The geometric shapes were made from straws, dental floss and spray paint. (Thank you Kerri for the box of straws! Im going to try and make them when I’m back in SA! :))
Marco and Kerri – i hope you love your images! Your wedding (and i should mention your wedding party!) was so much fun and as I said, a HUGE privilege to photograph! xxx
Marco’s family made all these cookies as thank-you-gifts to the guests – they were beautiful!
Couldn’t help but to be extremely proud that Kerri chose to use Proteas in her wedding! (It’s South Africa’s national flower.)
I looooooved the glittery dresses Kerri’s sisters were wearing:
Denver city, Colorado:
Kerri’s dad’s tie:
Skyping with 2 bridesmaids who could not make the wedding due to their father passing away. So sorry about your dad Glen and Elmarie!!!! You were missed at the wedding.
Marco and Kerri rented a “Party bus” for their bridal party. They had so much fun!
Marco is a HUGE Bronco’s (American football) fan…
…so we just had to take an image of him with the Bronco’s Stadium in the background. That smile says it all:
The bridal party made a great entrance!
Tradition: Whenever Kerri and Robbie see each other, they take an image together with her standing on a chair:
