I have a heart full of gratitude towards this family! I met Matt and Suraya back in 2010 when they chose Cape Town as their honeymoon destination. I so clearly remember that day – driving them around for the shoot in my tiny Polo Playa with a snack basket, pretty much only containing biltong and koeksisters. In the blogpost I still wrote “I find it hard that we will probably never see each other again.”  (see the Cape Town shoot here)

But…then in 2011 they opened their London home towards me and we did an amazingly fun pregnancy shoot with the 2 of them. Again, I was not sure if I will ever get to meet the baby gril with her handsome redhead UK dad and beautiful Singapore mom. (See the London shoot here.)

But… in June it happend again and I had the privilege of photographing them in Singapore as a family of 4.5. Singapore is the city they now call home. As most of you will know from my posts, I really enjoy photographing people’s journey and photographing Matt and Suraya in 3 different countries just took that to a whole new level.

Thank you so much for opening your home to me once again. You spoiled me in every way and the best of it all (other then getting to photograph you again) is meeting your beautiful children and seeing you as a family. And what an amazing bonus to meet and hold little Zac before I flew out!

Lots of blessings Matt and Suraya! I LOVE seeing you grow.  xxx

We attended the SEA games opening and LOVED seeing the children’s faces!

…ok and maybe Matt’s face too… (:
